It's been awhile since my last post. I apologize for the temporary lost in action. I've been busy with my studies and couldn't find any ideas to write on this blog.
Did you know that nails do talk? Well, it's not like you hear you nail is talking to you like a conversation. They talk with their appearances. Their appearances will tell what disease or disorder you're having. That is why sometimes a doctor can diagnose their patients easily just by looking at their nails. Yeah, nails do talk. :)
If you are having some parasites infection, then you will have some splinter hemorrhages under your nails. The hemorrhage is only tiny in size but still can be seen under naked eyes. Pitting nails can be seen with people having skin disease such as eczema.
Well, enough for now. I will post more about this and give you more examples. Till we meet again.

Knows Acnes and Fight Them !!

Acne is common in adolescent and usually is visible on the face. It is most common during puberty and can affect both male and female. People who have acne tend to have low self esteem and try to avoid meeting other people due to the shame or embarrassment they felt.
The cause is unknown and it involves multi risk factors. Before the acne shows them self up on your skin, there are some changes occur in the sebaceous follicle inside our skin. Generally, this follicle will secretes some oily substance to moisturize the skin.
The changes in the sebaceous follicle will results in hyperkeratinization of the inner cells and accumulation of the keratin inside the follicle. In normal condition, there is bacteria in our sebaceous follicles. During this abnormality, the bacteria tend to increase in number due to high nutrients available for them.
The bacteria will release their metabolic products which finally causing the inflammation of the follicle and appear as acne. At the same time, the bacteria metabolites will enhance the sebum formation which then will eventually appear on the skin surface.
This condition can be treated. If you go the the pharmacy or clinic, they will suggest you to use some recommended cleanser or topical creams. Sometimes, some antibiotics and hormones are also recommended. Other than that, the acne can be eradicated physically which involves x-ray and also laser. These are very costly and have their own risks of complications.
Acne can be cured by the traditional way without no extra cost and almost completely without any side effects. I am not an expert in this traditional acne therapy but there is one book that can help you with it. The Acne Free in 3 Days book will help you to eradicate your acne completely. Click Here!

1. Remove your makeups
Make sure you remove all your makeups before go to sleep. It will takes about 5 to 10 minutes to do this. Use soft face cotton and a suitable makeup remover. By doing this in the right way, you can avoid irritation and infection to the eyelashes. Soap and water are not enough to remove your makeups and they will dry the skin around the eyes.
2. Use eye creams
It is advisable by dermatologists to use eye creams
when your age reached early 20s. This is to delay the aging process. Please refer to the instruction of each eye cream for the correct way to apply the cream. Be careful not to apply the cream onto your eyeballs.
3. Two layers of concealer
If you already have black eyes, apply two layers of concealer
under your eyes. This will help you to hide them.
4. Wear sunglasses
Protect your eyes from the UV lights. Make sure your sunglasses
can filter 70 - 90% of the UV lights. This will help in avoiding the formation of black eyes.

I had explained you how does dark circle around the eyes form. Did you read it? Here is the link to the article. Dark Eye Circle: The Cause.
OK now you may wanna know how to treat this problem right? If so, buckle up friends!
Dark circle eye creams can be used to treat this problem. What actually they do is speeding up the blood cells' degradation. The dark color under your eyes will fades as the blood cells are completely degraded. The creams also help to strengthen your capillaries to prevent future leakage. Therefore it prevents future dark circle formation. So many creams available but the one I recommend you is RoC Retinol Correxion Eye Cream, 0.5-Ounce Tube
because of it's bestselling and good user's reviews.
Cucumber can relieve dark eye circle also. It soothes the skin and relax them so the blood cells inside the tiny capillaries under the skin can circulate smoothly. You can either prepare your own cucumber by cut it into slices and apply it on your eyes for up to 10 minutes or you can use the cucumber eye mask or pads. The one we recommend is Cucumber Eye Care Kit
because of the same reasons as the dark eye cream product above.
There are so many products available and recommended to treat dark eye circle and here is the list of them:

Dark Eye Circle: The Cause
Did you know how does dark eye circle forms?
If you are not sure, let me tell you how. First of all, you need to know a bit of the eye anatomy. What, I need to learn anatomy? Relax.. This is just a simple facts you have to understand. OK, err.. are you ready? Yes? So I'll continue with the eye's anatomy.
All you need to know is the area around the eyes (periorbital area) is covered by a very thin skin. Under the skin, there are many small blood capillaries. These capillaries are so small and the blood cells have to shrink themselves so that they can pass through the capillaries. Sometimes, the pressure built inside the capillaries will push the blood cells and a leakage may occur.
Err.. so what is the relation of blood cells leakage and dark circle eye?
Alright.. alright.. I'll tell you now. The blood cells that leak can't survive outside the capillaries. So they will undergo a degradation process. Their degradation products is the one causing the black-blue circle around your eyes. So, clear now?
